We have extendable screen for your video content, karaoke or just simply YouTube music, and the flexible layout allows for seamless customization to fit your event. • COZY LOUNGE ROOM: Separated by a stylish glass wall, this intimate space is perfect for meetings, workshops, or as a relaxing lounge for larger events. The private bar is stocked with glasses, tea cups, plates, and cutlery, ensuring you have all the essentials at your fingertips. • SELF-PORTRAIT PHOTO BOOTH: Enhance your event with our interactive self-portrait photo booth. On the day of the event, we can also arrange for a studio manager to be present on-site if needed to handle any technical issues and ensure everything goes according to plan. TRANSPORTATION AND PARKING: -Loading area in front of the studio entrance (no elevator) -Street parking and nearby parking garages near Waterfront st and Cordova st -Close to SeaBus terminal, Waterfront SkyTrain Station, West Coast Express - Located in a vibrant area of Gastown with the best bars and restaurants. - 3 rd floor (no elevator) CATERING: - Beverages – selling is not allowed. - Outside food and/or catering is allowed LOAD-IN TO LOAD-OUT: Please work with the studio manager to handle all drop-offs and pickups on the day of the event. Be aware that additional fees may apply for load-in and load-out services that fall outside the scheduled date.

The studio itself is beautifully designed and thoughtfully equipped with everything you could possibly need for a seamless event or production. From the stylish decor to the functional amenities, every detail added to the overall experience. I truly appreciated how easy and enjoyable it was , and I would not hesitate to book again. Highly recommend this space and will definitely be coming back!

It was an amazing studio in an amazing location. The host is very accommodating and kind. I would definitely recommend this space to anyone looking for a great venue. Also, the photo booth add-on worths paying for it, even only for an hour or so

This space was incredible and Olga was an amazing host! We had a going away party here and our guests were blown away by the atmosphere and photo studio. Love the location being so close to Gastown too. We can’t recommend this space enough!

The location was perfect for our 45 guests! We borrowed the speaker and the photobooth, which were so easy to use without the staff there. Olga was incredibly wonderful too: answered all my questions so quickly and was polite and super helpful. We hope to book again someday in the future!

Great space! Booked it for a friends and family celebration and everyone loved it. The different areas worked really well: Olga and her team set up a dining area for 15 people and that left plenty of space for mingling, dancing, and a quiet area towards the back. The team was very easy to communicate with, helpful and organized. Highly recommend!

Olga responded so quick and that makes our reservation and planning so smooth! I had a room tour before renting and got instructions clear and smooth as well! The room was wide and beautiful, and equipments such as microphones and projector were all prepared! We had so much fun with the room, we ended up extending the hour! We didn’t use the Photo Booth but when I had the room tour, it looked great as well as the room! Thank you for making our farewell party great!

I hosted a 40 person networking event at this location. The space worked well for the amount of people, and we appreciated having a separate area for food & refreshments as well as access to a fridge and little kitchen area. The guests had the opportunity to use the photo room and loved the experience. It's extremely easy to use, the pictures turned out great. The host was very responsive, helpful and accommodating. Overall a great experience for everyone. Thank you!

We hosted our engagement party at Click Click Studio and couldn’t be happier with the experience. Tania was incredibly helpful and responsive throughout the entire process, which made planning so much easier. The space is absolutely beautiful, perfect for an afternoon or evening event and had everything we needed to make the day feel special. Our guests kept complimenting the venue, and everyone especially loved the photo studio, which ended up being such a fun highlight. The entire experience exceeded our expectations. I highly recommend Tania and Click Click Studio for any special event!

Great space for an event. We booked it for a birthday celebration. All the guests commented on the space. The photo studio was a hit with everyone. The only part that was difficult was the stairs, we had to bring in a lot of stuff, food and everything up 3 floors, but as long as you keep that in mind and plan ahead of time or don't bring in a lot of things, this is great spacious event venue. We will book again.
