With sweeping views of downtown Seattle and Elliott Bay, this stylish space offers a relaxed yet sophisticated atmosphere perfect for meetings, photo or video shoots, or team gatherings. The lounge features cozy seating areas, a beautiful gas fireplace, and unique light installations that create the perfect ambiance day or night. Step outside to the terrace and enjoy fresh air and city views from one of Seattle’s most scenic spots. INCLUDED IN YOUR BOOKING: -Multiple seating options for groups up to 40 -Large island and dining area with seating for 10 -Two spacious tables with outlets — great for coworking or production setup -Outdoor terrace with additional seating and tables -Sink and mini refrigerator -Elegant gas fireplace We require event insurance for all productions and all meetings of over 30 people. Please note that all set up and breakdown time should be included in your reservation time. Furniture should not be relocated. No nails, screws, staples, or penetrating items should be used on the walls. Any tape or gummed backing materials must be completely removed.
