About the Space
Sleek Conference Room. The spacious conference room, offers 10 seats with the optional 2 chairs int the back. The newest coworking space on the 6th floor of the prestigious 655 W Broadway, a high rise in Downtown San Diego. Available for hourly, daily and monthly rates. The rental rate includes a 55" monitor with videoconferencing ability or with HDMI. Full use of the kitchen with upgraded coffee machine, and a printer/copier (at a cost). Optional 65" monitor with soundbar and camera. Rental of the conference room does not include access to private offices or hot desks. These can be purchased as add-ons to any reservation. The building includes 2 on-site cafes, bank & atm, and a parking garage. We are located 10 minutes from the San Diego Internationals Airport, and are walking distance to many hotels, restaurants, and Seaport Village.
