    Other than the stairs, this shoot went without a hitch! Easy to access the building and the unit. Parking nearby. Bathroom close to the unit and water cooler outside the door. Space was clean and easy to navigate. Also in downtown area so close to things like coffee and food. I'd 100% come back here to shoot or work. It was a lovely time!

    Experience was great with Eric! Convenient area, quick to respond, easy access to room, and overall would recommend. We did a production shoot here from out of town, we realized the space was a bit smaller than we had realized and faced some challenges with the framing interviews but this was obviously more on us than the room provided. Just letting anyone know who’s looking to do a video shoot here next time.

    What a location, what a host, I can't recommend this place enough. Location: Super accessible, right in the heart of Byward. Thoughtfully decorated, high ceilings, beautiful walls, and I can go on and on. Host: Super responsive, super accommodating, and very helpful with every little annoying question/request we had. Just do yourself a favor and book the place.

    Amazing space to host team building and community events! Great lighting and the kitchenette is useful addition in the space. We will be back to book this space again !
