About the Space
Welcome to our 3300 sq ft natural light studio in the heart of Downtown San Diego’s East Village. Designed with flexibility in mind, this creative space is ideal for a wide range of events. With an open floor plan, soaring 25 ft ceilings, skylights and east-facing windows that flood the space with beautiful morning light, our studio offers a dynamic setting with both aesthetic character and functionality. This multipurpose space was specifically designed the space to be flexible/multipurpose and to cater to a wide variety of aesthetics. A few examples of events that could work great in our space: - Birthday Celebrations - Intimate Weddings - Enchanting Baby or Bridal Showers - Live Performances: Music, Theater etc - Distinctive Church Gatherings - Curated Small Business Markets - Elegant Formal Dinners Location: Savor the charm of downtown San Diego, with convenient access to public transportation and nearby parking lots. Our unique loft-style studio with east-facing windows is sure to impress your guests and make any event unforgettable. Capacity: This unique studio can comfortably accommodate up to 150 guests. Food and Alcohol Policies: Food and culinary creativity is welcomed, with the ability to bring in outside caterers or to cook on-site. Additionally, BYO alcohol is allowed under our accommodating policies. Key Features: Loft Area: A unique elevated nook accessible by spiral staircase — perfect for overhead shots, creative sets, or a break area for your crew. Accent White Brick Wall: Adds warmth and texture to your backdrop options. Spiral Staircase: A striking architectural detail and usable prop. Natural Light: Even, glowing light throughout the day with golden directional light in the morning hours before 11am East-Facing Windows & Skylights: Large windows that bring in soft, natural light — no need for additional lighting in most cases. Bathroom + Changing Area: Private and easily accessible for talent and crew. I needed a photo studio SUPER last minute for a photoshoot launch and I am SO happy I came across Kate and her space. This place is gorgeous and perfect for your minimalistic needs. It just so happens that she has a looot of props as well which was exactly what I needed for a “grandma vintage” photoshoot. I highly recommend this studio space to anyone!

Nice location. Easy access from highway 94. Great natural light. Lots of space. The white walls are perfect to add other elements to your photos in post production. The elevetor to the studio is huge. Thanks Kate G.
