Ideal for cocktail parties or private dinners, this space exudes warmth and sophistication and is equipped with modern amenities for a memorable experience. HOSTS UP TO 40 GUESTS The District operates an event venue in the heart of Clearwater. Our banquet rooms are considered the best and most romantic indoor venues in the state and our walls have been family favorites for hundreds of events year round.
