About the Space
Production with more than 15 people and/or having exterior shoot add on will require prior approval from the host and the present of our onsite location manager. $20 an hour to be paid directly to the manager upon arrival. This vintage motel set is located on the second floor in a quiet commercial building away from the streets. It also has a small attached bathroom with prop toilet. The space features ample natural light and the ability to light from behind the windows from the balcony. The space includes different props making it versatile to turn the space into any time period from 1950s - modern. If there is a prop that you'd like to make sure is available, please message us to confirm. Exterior shots allowed on balcony (including equipment placement). SHOE COVERS REQUIRED (Can be purchased on site or prior as ads-ons)

Perfect vintage motel setup for a photoshoot! The space is even bigger than a regular motel room, which is great to move around. There is also plenty of vintage furniture to play with. I shot during the afternoon and daylight was very good in the room. I really appreciated how the manager Minnie was super responsive and flexible! Also easy access and parking on site.

This location is amazing. Minnie is an absolutely amazing and professional host! I'm grateful for her flexibility! Donovan was also great on the day of our shoot. Very friendly and professional as well. This was an easy location to reach, parking was plentiful, and the services was excellent.

This location was fantastic! My crew and I filmed during the day -- we had an easy time accessing the space, parking was clearly marked. Neighbors were pretty quiet, and sound from the street was no problem. The actual location is quite versatile, all the furniture is easy to move and the room itself has a ton of personality. It did not take much lighting to achieve an incredible look for our short film. The Host was communicative, the site rep was friendly and helpful. We'd 10/10 shoot here again.
