About the Space

Our Venue designed for creativity and celebration. This beautiful space features a professional stage with warm foot lighting, velvet curtains, and a sound that shines—perfect for live rehearsals, music videos, photo shoots, and content creation. Full backline available as an add on ($30/hr) this charge is only for live sound, actually using the equipment. The backline is always on stage and available at no additional charge for videos without live sound. - Vox AC 15 - Fender Champion - Ampeg SVT Classic 4x10 - Gretsch Catalina Club drum kit - Sennheiser microphones For events or productions with live sound, our sound engineer will need to be selected as an add-on ($30/hr) We can only provide the full mix out of our board, not individual tracks. If you require individual tracks, you will need to bring in your own engineer with their own board. If you do not require individual tracks and want to use your own engineer, we can have our engineer come in for initial set up, sound check and again at the end of the shoot. Please select the add-on for engineer (2 hours) if going this route. If you do not have your own engineer and you are needing live sound, our engineer will need to be onsite for the duration of your production. Please select the add on for engineer for the amount of time you are reserving the space. Birthday parties, receptions, cocktail hours welcome. We offer karaoke as an add on $500 bar min for up to 3 hours. After 3 hours, $100 bar min for each additional hour.
