Serj truly made magic happen for us on this shoot! He is incredibly accommodating and is one of the best Site Representatives I have worked with. His home is beautiful and has so much space to hold film teams. The spacious backyard is great to shoot or to stage your teams. Ample parking in the area is great if you need to park trailers or restrooms. The living room is wide and very film friendly - as are other areas of the house. We strongly recommend - Serj will work with you and wants to make your project shine!

I cannot say enough nice things about this home and the homeowners. First of all, the space is as stunning in person as it is in the pictures. From the beautiful and thoughtful decor and design details to the awesome view, my guests and I could not have been happier. Second, Aubree is a phenomenal host. She was extremely accommodating and easy to get a hold of. Any questions I had were answered immediately and with a cheerful demeanor. Her and her husband even went out of their way to take care of things that I probably wouldn't have noticed, but they did it anyway. It's clear that the details matter to them and it shows in their lovely home. Do not hesitate to grab this place. It is a gem owned by extremely considerate people.

We used this location for my first video shoot. As far as booking, Lauren responds promptly and is easy to work with. The manager was present during the shoot and away from the set. He was very accommodating and friendly. The bar was super clean and very beautiful. My participants for the video were WOWed. The rooms had different themes, so it looked as if I was at more than one place, especially since I changed my outfit. I really liked this place and my husband said he'll take me back there for some drinks when I get my Masters degree. I'm so excited!
