Not only is this space one of the most gorgeous spots in Malibu, but Karen's kindness and helpfulness goes beyond any other host I've encountered. With so many amazing outlooks, thoughtfully curated home/cottage interiors and exteriors, chickens and horses, and her awe-worthy garden, I could shoot only here for the rest of my life and be happy! Thank you Karen for hosting our group. Not only did it mean so much to create in this gorgeous space, but to experience the positive energy you bring to the environment as well.

It’s a small intimate space, Easy to locate, Beautiful natural lighting. We had an abundance of photo props from back drops, stools, chair, mirrors, etc. my husband and I had our maternity shoot here and captured some classy black and white photos with the black back drop which was very easy to assemble, as well as some beautiful photos using the white wash brick, and the ledge in front of the window with the clock tower in the back ground. Just a warning, it does get pretty warm in this space. A fan is provided but, we were trying to stay away from the “wind blown look”.

The location was perfect, easy and convenient. The owner, Effie, was great to work with, as we booked a last minute shoot and the communication was perfect and extremely quick. The location was exactly as described and she made the accessibility seamless. I highly recommend and I look forward to future family shoots at this location.
