Rick and his wife were an absolute pleasure to work with! Rick was extremely helpful and accommodating. He has great production knowledge and was helpful in guiding me through the permit process. This property is beautiful and so thoughtfully put together! If you are looking for a truly secluded beach I highly recommend renting this location, you will not regret it!

This is an awesome place to rent. Bill B. is one of the best hosts on the planet. The home is well appointed, and the view of the Lake is what travel magazines place on the cover of their literature. We used the home for a documentary/promo shoot and the footage looks as if we spent a number of pre-production days creating. Thank you Bill for a first rate experience.
