Availability of parking for cast & crew onsite + access to an elevator that connects the parking garage and the space made load-in and load-out a breeze. The office has a variety of different spaces -- coworking space, as well as conference rooms and a private office -- that allowed us to film a variety of different scenarios within unique looks within the same location.
