It was my 50th Birthday party! It was absolutely excellent! 5🌟 Great and fast communication. Quick Access to view the venue to work out setup details. Super affordable even last minute! Even gave me a tour of the other great space they have available. Wayne and Anita were the best and everyone talked about how nice the venue was!! Doug and Andrew were excellent hosts and were extremely quick to communicate and respond to issues. I was very happy to work with them. They were also very open to helping you with your needs for the particular situation so talk to them. The space: Beautiful space and has lots of furniture to play around with. It does have a bathroom even if that is not mentioned in the listing. The one annoying part is you can't get into the building with a code, you will be required to physically go down 3 flights to open the downstairs door for each guest. There is a service elevator but you have to walk up a flight of stairs as well walk down a passage to get to it (so keep this in mind if you have to bring a ton of equipment). Other than that, excellent space and would recommend renting again!
